In July, iQ3 announced that our private cloud infrastructure services would be available in GovDC (the NSW Government’s data centre). “iQ3 Cloud Infrastructure has been delivered out of other Sydney data centres for several years”, said iQ3 Managing Director Craig Humphreys. “It was a logical extension of our capabilities to also offer these cloud services out of GovDC”.

Since the launch, iQ3 has been introducing iQ3’s full suite of tailored cloud services into GovDC – Cloud Storage, Cloud Compute, Backup, DR  and Archive.

For some time iQ3 has been delivering cloud infrastructure services and operational services to a long list of NSW Government agencies. These agencies now have the option to access these services directly out of GovDC.

iQ3 Cloud services and operational services are underpinned by the iQ3 Helpdesk, critical incident support 24/7 and Monitoring and alerting. The services are fully managed by iQ3 team of Australian based staff.
