In 2016, iQ3 was chosen to design a resilient and scalable cloud solution for a high-profile NSW Government agency. Our team of highly specialised engineers assisted the agency to migrate their entire workload from Google to O365 in a timely manner.
Typically, more complex than an Exchange to Office 365 migration, iQ3’s primary role was to successfully transfer all Google services including Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Vault and Google Forms into a secure Azure AD and Office 365 environment. Since the migration, the NSW Agency has experienced exceptional improvements to the speed, efficiency and performance of its cloud.
During the recent COVID-19 workplace changes, the agency has appreciated the flexibility, improved remote worker access and advanced collaboration abilities from O365 which has allowed them to flourish just as before, with business running as usual. Applications such as SharePoint Online, O365 Mail and Teams were key enablers in supporting a fast and smooth transition to remote working in response to COVID-19.
